The Archiflow sheet is not only a document, but it is a photograph of a wider process. Depending on what you need to do, you can choose to read the contents of the documents thoroughly or to have an overview of the document, which is made of its metadata, its history, notes, attachments, etc.

Another Interactive Dashboard feature is the access to the Archiflow functions at all times, regardless from the context in which you are located: in fact we have created a menu of commands that you can use at any time, from which to draw the operation you need, without having to return to the home page.
And this menu is also customizable according to your preferences, so you can choose which commands make accessible with a simple click of the mouse.
The search functions are designed to be effective with minimal effort, while maintaining the usual access logic that links the accurate metadata research with full-text functions of Content Discovery applied to the contents of documents.
Search is an essential element in Archiflow and Interactive Dashboard offers a new way to view the list of tracked sheets: through an innovative consulting in “preview” mode, which shows a list with the main sheet information, or “grid mode“, which has a structure similar to that used in the Archiflow web and desktop clients.
From the tracked list you can also open multiple sheets simultaneously, for an easy reference and comparison between documents.
