At the Best Talent Hunter 2016, dedicated by the Stage and Career Service of the University of Padua to companies that in 2016 stood out in the promotion of employment policy for the students of the university, Siav has been awarded for the Best Training Project 2016.

The project involved 4 master degree students, each for a period of six months, 3 triennial degree students for a period of three months and a research assistant for one year. The issues dealt with: Machine Learning, Process Mining, Information Retrieval, Natural Language Processing, Social Network Analysis.

The jury was composed of students, who are called to fill out a questionnaire at the end of the stage. The ceremony took place on December 1st in Ancient Archive of Palazzo Bo in Padua. Daniele Turato, representing the group of Research & Development directed by Eugenio Beato received the award.

Siav is a software company strongly interested in innovation, in fact the Department of Research & Development carries out studies on subjects and experimental technologies in collaboration with the leading national and international academic institutions, such as the University of Padua, the University of Tartu in Estonia, the National Research University Higher School of Economics in Moscow and the Dutch Eindhoven University of Technology.
