The Siav application for the management of expense allows the complete dematerialization of the entire process, starting from the acquisition of expense vouchers to the digital preservation in compliance with the law of all the documentation.
The system, based on Siav BlueDrive file sync & share functions, offers an user experience meeting the needs of all the roles involved, to simplify daily operations. The sales force that moves around the territory needs to be able to record the receipts in an easy and immediate way: thanks to BlueDrive App for smartphone you can do it directly from your phone, simply by taking a photo.
Then the Siav application – that integrates image processing and data capture with Kofax technologies – processes the image in order to obtain a high quality version, and performs an automatic extraction of data from the receipt.
In this way the user will only have to confirm the accuracy of the information read from the system, and specify the expenditure category. The documents thus acquired are then passed to the Administration, which will carry out all the checks necessary to the proper management of the expenses, operating on entirely digitized information.
Finally, you can submit to the process of legal preservation all the documents handled in house or outsourced through the Siav services offered by the Division of Document Management Outsourcing.
