Siav Signs the Rome Call for AI Ethics: A Concrete Commitment to Ethical, Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence

A Commitment Rooted in Siav’s Experience

The decision to sign the Rome Call for AI Ethics reflects the vision that guides Siav in developing advanced solutions within the Archiflow NOVA platform, where the following technologies are already in use:

  • automatic document classification systems,
  • process mining capabilities,
  • intelligent ETL tools,
  • Sophia, the conversational assistant capable of understanding natural language requests and proactively supporting users.

These technologies are designed according to a privacy-by-design approach, ensuring GDPR compliance, data security, process transparency, and reliability of results.

At the same time, Siav actively promotes awareness and education initiatives through webinars, workshops, technical documentation, and the Siav Academy — the non-profit association founded in 2009 to study and promote digital transformation culture and, more recently, responsible AI.

For Siav, signing the Rome Call represents an opportunity to:

  • contribute to the definition of common ethical standards,
  • engage with other organizations committed to responsible AI,
  • strengthen internal AI governance,
  • promote a virtuous balance between innovation, accountability, and the protection of human dignity.
