Siav Launches Certified ECM Connector for SAP S/4HANA

Siav has launched a new SAP-certified add-on, Siav ECM Connector for SAP S/4HANA, strengthening the company’s position as a technology partner capable of delivering advanced integration solutions fully compliant with SAP standards.

The certification is listed in the SAP Certified Solutions Directory.

The add-on is fully compatible with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition and the RISE with SAP transformation program. It enables seamless integration between SAP S/4HANA — including cloud environments — and Siav’s document management platforms, Archiflow and Siav Connect, ensuring certified and direct integration between ERP and ECM systems.

Key Features

The Siav ECM Connector automatically links all documents managed in SAP to the ECM system.

Users can navigate directly from SAP to the digital document, view it, access metadata, and add new attachments without leaving the ERP environment.

The add-on also enables the transfer of specific metadata from SAP to the document management system, ensuring that each digital document is correctly indexed with SAP information for fast, accurate, and centralized search within the repository.

In addition, the connector integrates document workflow capabilities: processes and approval flows can be triggered directly from SAP, simplifying document management and improving operational efficiency.
