The Legislative decree n 127 of 5 August 2015 establishes a set of incentives and tax simplifications related to Electronic invoicing and to the electronic transmission of billing data between individuals, and prepares a series of services for the generation, transmission and storage of e-invoices. There will be the opportunity to use, for the transmission, the Interchange System already in use for the PA.
The B2B e-Invoicing is an opportunity to eliminate paper and bring into your company the benefits of digitization, in terms of efficiency and cost reduction.

As in the case of Public Administration invoicing, also the B2B Electronic Invoicing needs to go through the Interchange System, a national portal through which companies have to pass bills in a preset XML format. The Siav solution manages the generation of electronic invoicing, the sending of bills to SDI and the tracking of all receipts, which are stored in the repository for the consultation. The whole communication with the SDI interchange system is traced safely: the solution monitors the invoices issued and actively alerts you in case of failure, rejection of the bill by the the consignee or in case of compilation errors.
The solution includes the digital preservation in compliance with the law of all the documents exchanged, with a continuity check of issued invoices. The bills stored in Archiflow can be viewed directly from the management interface, through dedicated connectors (SAP, AS / 400) or generic (Web Services, http).
Siav is certified ISO 27001(Information Security Management System of Information), and is among the first companies in Italy accredited by the Agency for the Digitalization of Italy (AgID) for its digital preservation services.
The Siav solution is natively integrated into the SAP system to support all phases of the Procure-to-Pay process, that regards all the business activities from the goods and services procurement until the receipt of invoices, payment of suppliers and digital preservation in compliance with the law.
