Siav developed Intelligo for a specific purpose: to create a single system in the process of transforming documents into knowledge. Its objective is to enable information from the documents received to be automatically read and transmitted to the information systems requiring them, such as ERP, for monitoring and automatic recording of supplier invoices.
The procedure is simple: Intelligo collects the documents from the scanner and e-mail and reads them using unstructured OCR, which uses knowledge and other data research methods to localize the salient information from each image.
When the information extracted is incomplete and requires attention, it is corrected using a simple user interface linked to an auto-learning procedure which learns from the operators' intervention.
Intelligo is thus able to interpret the content of documents with increasing efficiency, progressively reducing the need for manual data entry.
