Basic
The Application Management Basic Service is the basic level of assistance and service support for Siav solutions. Its purpose is to ensure the necessary level of security and updating for all customers who do not have special requirements tied to critical business processes or to the complexity of installed solutions.
The services included in the Basic level are:
- New Software Release (NSR)
- Access to Specific Documentation for the Product (ADSP)
- Use license for Test Installation (LIT)
- Telephone Assistance Service (SAT)
- Remote Assistance Service (SAR)
Each On-Site call needed to resolve any anomalies or problems for which the Remote Assistance Service (SAR) cannot be used will be agreed to with the customer.

At the time of subscribing to Basic Service, a special facility is available to purchase the following services at discounted prices.
- Installation and Upgrade Service (SIU)
- Analysis and Consulting Service (SAC)
- System Configuration and Parameterization Service (SCPS)
