Advanced
The Application Management Advanced Service is the intermediate level of assistance and service support for Siav solutions. Its purpose is to ensure a high level of security and updating for all customers who have special requirements are tied to critical business processes or to the complexity of installed solutions.
Improved features compared to the Basic level:
- Reduce reaction times to trouble reports compared to the Basic level
- High priority in supporting and resolving anomalies compared to the Basic level
- On-Site Technical Assistance Service (ATOS)
The service includes up to five (5) On-Site Assistance calls per year.
Other features included in the service:
- Support for system expansion
System Configuration and Parameterization is available to support more extensive and intensive use of Siav solutions, when customer systems are expanded with new products, modules or functionalities.
- Consulting on Backup and Disaster Recovery procedures (Essential Service)
Operational continuity of Siav systems and safeguarding the data that they manage are of fundamental importance for company business processes. For this reason, the Advanced service includes a series of activities related to the Business Continuity Management Service.
- Prior verification and assistance for migration and upgrade plans
Upgrading or migrating Siav systems can directly affect the availability of the service. Prior verification of procedures, careful planning and prompt assistance during the most critical phases are indispensable to minimize any loss of service. The service assures basic assistance during the upgrade/migration phase (telephone and remote access).
- Participation in the Siav Training Program
A course of choice from the Siav Training Program is included. Enrollment in the course depends on meeting the prerequisites for participation and taking a final exam. - Participation in the Siav Academy Program
Participation in the Siav Academy Program is included. This is a Siav initiative to promote continued training on regulatory, technical and managerial subjects, through subject-specific seminars by experts in the sector, to facilitate the interchange of experiences among customers by directly comparing specific issues and projects, to detect new requirements coming from the market (functionalities, applications, etc.), to inform customers about trends in Siav solutions, and to create specific Focus Groups.
The program provides for participation in specific reserved meetings, sharing first-hand experiences, continuous technical updating and a specific communications plan.
