Custom Implementation Support Service

Extends the coverage offered by the Application Management Base services, including assistance for implementations and custom implementations developed to meet customer requirements. With this type of additional service the Customer is guaranteed full and continuous support for all the applications based on Siav technology, in addition to the assistance for the standard software, to ensure that the custom implementations remain fully operational.

Customized Standard System Support Service

Extends the coverage offered by the Application Management basic services, including assistance for customized standard Siav software developed to meet specific customer requirements. With this type of additional service the Customer is guaranteed full and continuous support for all the applications based on Siav technology, in addition to the assistance for the standard software, to ensure that the custom implementations remain fully operational.
