  Code of Ethical Conduct

  The Code of Ethical Conduct is a document incorporating the body of values acknowledged, embraced and shared by Siav S.p.A. in its business activities.
  This Code expresses the ethical commitments and responsibilities undertaken in the performance of company business and affairs by Siav S.p.A., its associate companies and personnel, whether employees or directors of any kind.
  The Siav S.p.A. Ethical Code has been approved by the Board of Directors. Any changes or additions to the same will be approved by the Board of Directors and immediately distributed to the relevant individuals.
